In addition, it now offers the new Wayland graphical server, and focuses on prioritizing system performance, security and stability, to offer a more productive work environment. Finally, and more generally, this version stands out for including the Useful and essential software update such as the Linux Kernel (6.6.56), the Firefox Browser (131.0.2) and the Telegram Instant Messaging Software (5.6.3). And some new programs such as Gamemode 1.8.2-1 and CPU Power GUI 1.0.0. Although, many other applications, basic components of the system, have also been updated.

NethSecurity 8.3

• Featured news: This 8.3 version 2024 of the GNU/Linux Distros generation project called NethSecurity now includes, among many new features, the following: Improved centralized management for unit updates, due to which it is now possible to seamlessly update the unit (both packages and the image in general). In addition, it now offers a new section that includes a comprehensive real-time monitoring panel of the tool itself along with a new (paid) historical monitoring feature that allows the user to see how the firewall behaves from the NethSecurity controller. Finally, it incorporates an improved user interface of the Threat Shield module that brings a local block list, in addition to logging and brute force protection settings. However, brute force protection has also been incorporated into the Web Interface. While a new NAT helper configuration page has been added to the User Interface.
