Instead, scripts are provided to download and install a number of popular gaming platforms, such as Steam, Lutris, and PlayOnLinux.
It is also highlighted that This new version of SuperGamer takes the base of the most recent version of Ubuntu which is 19.10 in which it is integrated with a Linux kernel 5.3 and a user interface Xfce 4.14 with a Whisker menu.
By integrating the base of Ubuntu 19.10 many of the benefits are received to improve the gaming experience with the user, since this new version of Ubuntu makes it much easier to install the Nvidia drivers.

In the announcement of this new version, its creator David Nickel comments:
Version 5 of SuperGamer has arrived. It is based on Ubuntu 19.10 base, it is ONLY 64 bit and has kernel 5.3 and Xfce 4.14. I have included installers for Steam, Lutris, and PlayOnLinux, as well as cleaned up their appearance. UEFI support is still hit or miss with the new GRUB, but it works in Live mode ...
It took me several days to write the installation scripts for the game to make it work like what I wanted it to do. Any user who has access to sudo can install the games "

If you have been interested in this distribution and you want to test it on your computer or under a virtual machine. You can go to the official website of the project in which you can get the link of system image download.
Regarding the requirements for the optimal operation of the distribution, we need at least one processor with 64-bit dual-core architecture or a higher processor, as for RAM, 2 GB or more is enough and we require space on a hard disk with at least 50 GB of storage space. All this taking into account that you will only play classic Linux titles since to run and store games with higher demand you require more resources on your computer.
